Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Site Management
- Conduct thorough daily site inspections and complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports
- Coordinate client event requirements, operational requests, and pre/post event snagging activities professionally
- Prepare detailed snagging lists for pre-opening activities and all event-related operational checks
- Ensure smooth and well-documented shift handovers during all rotational duty schedule transitions
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client requests and emerging operational issues throughout shifts
Third-Party Service Provider Coordination
- Monitor and enforce full Scope of Work (SOW) compliance for all appointed third-party service providers
- Supervise TPSP staff attendance, site deployment, performance standards, and overall service delivery quality
- Evaluate all TPSP service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs, escalating non-compliance where necessary
- Coordinate and inspect TPSP operations across F&B, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, and Transport functions
- Oversee Soft FM, Landscaping, and Hard FM teams (Civil, MEP, and IT) in line with operational requirements
Maintenance & Asset Control
- Report, log, and actively track all repair and maintenance activities across the site to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and waste management programmes to ensure full compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory records, storage logs, and equipment movement tracking
- Report all asset discrepancies, damage, or loss to the relevant Property Manager in a timely manner
Compliance, HSE & Reporting
- Ensure full site compliance with Security protocols, HSE standards, EFST/ADAFSA requirements, and company policies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive business information related to the client and property operations
- Provide accurate, timely, and well-structured operational updates and reports to management as required
- Support internal HSE department, security teams, and facilities leadership on compliance-related site matters
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, or a closely related discipline
- Additional certifications in HSE, facilities management, or ADAFSA/EFST compliance are a strong advantage
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism, or property and facilities operations roles in the UAE or GCC
- Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating third-party service providers across multiple service disciplines
- Hands-on knowledge of KPI and SLA management, maintenance coordination, and vendor performance evaluation
