- Set clear departmental goals and performance targets across all F&B outlets — monitoring results, analysing performance data, and adjusting plans as needed to maintain excellence and growth.
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets across the property — ensuring seamless, consistent service delivery and full compliance with The Meydan Hotel’s brand standards at all times.
- Respond effectively and decisively to operational challenges, service issues, and evolving guest and business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic luxury hotel environment.
Financial Management & Revenue Growth
- Prepare, manage, and control all F&B departmental budgets — forecasting revenues accurately, controlling costs effectively, and maximising profitability across every hotel outlet.
- Analyse financial reports regularly — identifying revenue enhancement opportunities, cost reduction possibilities, and performance improvement actions to strengthen overall F&B financial outcomes.
- Manage inventory efficiently and ensure cost-effective, quality-focused procurement of all food and beverage items across the property’s complete outlet portfolio.

Menu Innovation & Culinary Collaboration

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or a closely related professional discipline is required for this senior role.
