Position Overview
This Retail Associate role at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi involves supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the retail department by delivering excellent guest service, selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards. You will play a key role in creating memorable moments for visitors as part of one of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic theme park destinations.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Sales
- Deliver excellent guest service to all visitors of the SeaWorld Abu Dhabi Retail Shop
- Sell branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products
- Entertain and genuinely engage guests throughout their retail experience
Store Operations & Standards
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the retail department
- Ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards
- Maintain flexibility to support varying operational needs during shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Higher secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service setting
- English proficiency, spoken and written
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability and genuine willingness to entertain and engage guests
- Flexibility, along with high levels of respect and integrity
Desirable Qualifications
- Theme park or water park experience
- Cash handling experience
- Arabic, Russian, or Chinese language proficiency
