This Senior Mechanical Project/Site Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing) role sits within a leading MEP contracting company in the UAE. You will execute HVAC or plumbing installations across different project types including high-rise buildings and villa communities, read and implement shop drawings at site, extract material quantities and prepare material order requests, control labor and monitor productivity against project budgets, and apply technical HVAC or plumbing knowledge including related system calculations at the senior level.

HVAC & Plumbing Execution
- Execute plumbing or HVAC installations across MEP construction projects

Shop Drawings & Material Planning
- Read and implement shop drawings for site installation
- Extract material quantities from shop drawings accurately
- Prepare material order requests based on site requirements
Labor & Productivity Management
- Control labor and assign work targets on site
- Monitor labor productivity against project timelines
- Achieve project budget targets through effective manpower assignment
Technical Systems Knowledge
- Apply technical knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems functionality
- Perform related technical calculations at the senior level
- Understand site requirements to proceed with installation works
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience executing plumbing OR HVAC installations in MEP construction projects
- Experience across different project types such as high-rise buildings and villa communities

- Knowledge and experience reading shop drawings and implementing site installation
