Position Overview
This Facilities Engineer role supports facilities engineering and technically leads the FM team across assigned projects. You will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, maintain and operate all HVAC and MEP systems, conduct facility inspections, monitor preventive maintenance contracts, respond to emergencies, and prepare summary reports on building conditions with recommended actions

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & System Operations
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems, MEP systems, and other systems requiring maintenance and building repairs
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation
Inspections, Reporting & Compliance
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations
- Prepare and submit summary reports of building conditions and recommend actions
- Maintain compliance with authority regulations and standards
- Perform activities conforming with EH&S Policy, applicable regulatory, and company EH&S rules
Contract Oversight & Emergency Response
- Monitor and supervise Preventive Maintenance contracts
- Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
- Support after-hours building maintenance needs and activities as required
Authority Liaison & Professional Development
- Liaise with authorities when required for company certification needs, including SIRA, Civil Defense, and other specialized licenses
- Attend training sessions and seminars on potential improvements in FM trends

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer
