Position Overview
As Intern – Application Group, you will support recipe development aligned with approved project briefs, coordinate and execute industrial trials and process validation, and assist with documentation for technical acceptance approvals. You’ll help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers, support shelf-life studies, HACCP, and QMS activities, assist with SAP-related material and BOM activities, and collaborate with suppliers and Procurement on raw materials development.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD)
- Support recipe development in line with approved project briefs
- Coordinate and execute industrial trials, process validation, and related documentation
- Support documentation and activities for technical acceptance approval requirements
- Help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers
- Support shelf-life studies, HACCP, QMS activities, and key sensory attributes development
- Assist with SAP-related activities, including material creation, specifications, and BOMs
- Collaborate with suppliers and Procurement in raw materials development
Product & Process Improvement
- Support process optimization and line performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in cost optimization and process efficiency projects
- Support product launches, start-ups, and post-launch performance reviews
People & Knowledge Development
- Participate in shop-floor learning and continuous improvement activities
- Support training sessions and best-practice sharing initiatives within the factory
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or Food Technology
- Recent graduates preferred
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid UAE residence visa under the candidate’s own sponsorship
- Valid medical insurance
- A driving license or reliable transportation preferred, given limited public transport near Jebel Ali/Dubai South
