Key Responsibilities
Market Prospecting & Business Development
- Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to consistently attain monthly sales targets, goals, contract renewals, and profitability objectives across the Al Khobar market
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities by actively and continuously prospecting the Eastern Province market across relevant industry sectors
- Develop creative ideas and compelling offers for target clients using all available marketing tools and resources to maximize conversion rates and market penetration
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to actively promote Rentokil Boecker®’s services, expand market presence, and generate qualified new business leads
Client Presentations & Proposal Development
- Deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations to prospects — informing them clearly how they can benefit from choosing Rentokil Boecker®’s safest sustainable solutions for health, property, and environmental protection
- Survey client premises to accurately estimate technical requirements and develop precise pricing proposals when required for custom service agreements
- Prepare detailed, accurate offers and proposals tailored to each client’s specific needs — following up diligently until each offer is converted into a signed contract
- Present new products and services to existing clients regularly, enhancing long-term client relationships through preplanned courtesy calls, visits, and proactive account management
Contract Negotiation, Renewals & After-Sales
- Handle contract negotiations confidently and professionally — ensuring terms are aligned with both client needs and Rentokil Boecker®’s commercial objectives and service standards
- Manage the timely renewal of existing client contracts, maintaining high retention rates and protecting the company’s recurring revenue base across the Eastern Province market
- Handle all after-sales follow-up activities to ensure clients are satisfied with service delivery, addressing any concerns promptly to protect relationships and reduce churn
- Communicate all new sales and contract renewals effectively to the Operations Department to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding from day one
Reporting, CRM & Client Data Management
- Handle client data accurately and in a timely manner on Rentokil Boecker®’s CRM and business systems — maintaining clean, current, and comprehensive records of all sales activities
- Document and deliver structured weekly and monthly sales reports covering pipeline status, activity metrics, conversion rates, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager
- Respond to client needs and follow up with all concerned internal parties on all aspects of client requests — acting as the central coordination point between client and service delivery teams
- Educate clients on Rentokil Boecker®’s processes and service methodologies to ensure they gain maximum value from their investment and remain engaged, long-term partners
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or an equivalent field — required as a minimum educational qualification for this position
- Additional sales, marketing, or CRM certifications are considered a plus for candidates seeking to strengthen their application for this competitive role
Experience Requirements
