Key Responsibilities

Technical Oversight & Design Management

- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, Dubai local authority regulations, and applicable international standards across all HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and mechanical equipment installations

- Coordinate with electrical, civil, architectural, and other MEP discipline teams on site — proactively managing interface issues, resolving clashes, and maintaining smooth cross-discipline project execution throughout all construction phases
- Conduct regular site inspections and structured progress review meetings — maintaining clear documentation of site status, outstanding issues, and corrective actions required to keep mechanical works on track and compliant

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
