What You’ll Work On
Fullstack System Design & Feature Development
- Contribute to the design and development of fullstack systems that power core product workflows within Zara, micro1’s AI Recruiter agent — working across both frontend and backend from day one
- Build backend services and APIs with guidance from experienced engineers, focusing consistently on writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code that scales reliably in production
- Develop user-facing features and interfaces using React that ship directly to real users — taking pride in the quality, performance, and usability of every component you build
- Gradually take increasing ownership of core product features end-to-end as your skills and confidence grow — with mentorship and support available at every stage of that journey
Data Modeling, APIs & Database Performance
- Support data modeling efforts using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases — learning and applying best practices for schema design, query optimization, and database performance
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and understand how different parts of the application communicate — ensuring reliable, performant, and well-documented interfaces between frontend and backend systems
