Key Responsibilities
Capacity Planning & Forecasting
- Active participation in monthly capacity planning by comparing requirements, forecasts, and production capacities
- Development of scenarios and recommendations for action for the monthly capacity planning review meeting
Inventory & Delivery Performance
- Managing capacities, safety stocks, and ranges, as well as monitoring relevant production and inventory key figures
- Ensuring the company’s 97% delivery capability target is met
Process Improvement & Systems
- Increased efficiency through parameterization of planning systems and continuous development of operational planning processes
- Operational production planning and active participation in shop floor management to ensure market- and plan-compliant production
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Insights into leadership tasks and taking on responsibility as deputy team leader

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, (industrial) engineering with a focus on logistics/supply chain, or a comparable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or S&OP
- Good knowledge of ERP/APS systems, ideally SAP
