Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Business, or a closely related agricultural field
- Additional certifications in agronomy, crop protection, or precision agriculture are a professional advantage
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Agronomy or Sales with a strong technical background in seed technology, crop science, or agricultural products
- Alternatively, 2+ years of experience in a Research and Development role with a strong working understanding of Sales and Commercial aspects of the seed industry
- Deep knowledge of the seed industry — including product portfolios, product pipelines, and value propositions of major seed brands operating in the US market
