 Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Business, or a closely related agricultural field
  • Additional certifications in agronomy, crop protection, or precision agriculture are a professional advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Agronomy or Sales with a strong technical background in seed technology, crop science, or agricultural products
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of experience in a Research and Development role with a strong working understanding of Sales and Commercial aspects of the seed industry
