 Key Responsibilities

New Business Development & Prospecting

  • Develop new business opportunities proactively across all of Pinion’s accounting, tax, and advisory service lines — identifying, qualifying, and pursuing leads within the agriculture, farming, ranching, livestock, and agribusiness sectors across the Kansas City Metropolitan Area and surrounding territory
  • Lead prospecting efforts through targeted outreach, strategic referral networks, and active relationship development — building a robust and well-managed pipeline of genuine new business opportunities that consistently convert to Pinion clients
  • Manage the complete sales process from first prospect conversation through needs assessment, solution presentation, and final client onboarding — ensuring a seamless, professional, and value-adding experience for every prospective agriculture client
