This role is ideal for candidates with strong electrical design knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for HVAC products including wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOM, while supporting customization and new product development.

Documentation: BOM development, cable routing layouts, and technical wiring diagrams

Position Overview
This Electrical Design Engineer role involves designing and developing electrical systems for HVAC products, including wiring diagrams, layouts, and Bills of Materials. You will design switchgear systems, PLC control panels, LV switchgear panels, HVAC panels, IT server panels, and Telecom ELV panels, prepare cable routing layouts and cable tray designs, work on 3D modeling of HVAC equipment, and support application engineering and product development initiatives across standard and non-standard HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities
Switchgear & Panel Design
- Design and develop electrical switchgear systems
- Design and develop PLC control panels, LV switchgear panels, and HVAC panels
- Design IT Server Panels, Telecom ELV Panels, and DBs (MDB, SMDB, NLDB, ELDB)
Application Engineering & Product Development
- Support application engineering, product development, and improvement initiatives in HVAC equipment
- Prepare Technical Data and Wiring Diagrams for non-standard products
Layout, Routing & Documentation
- Prepare cable routing layouts and cable tray designs for HVAC systems
- Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)
3D Design & Modeling
- Work on 3D design and modeling of HVAC equipment
- Support customization and new product development through detailed design work
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design
- Experience in electrical design and application engineering within HVAC manufacturing
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Macros)
