Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Participate in a structured on-the-job training program specific to heavy equipment operations and maintenance
- Gain deep exposure to equipment specifications, performance parameters, and operational workflows

Sales Track — Technical Sales Engineering
- Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, product demonstrations, and competitive quotations

Service Track — Equipment Service Engineering
