Key Responsibilities

- Receive and thoroughly inspect all incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality upon delivery
- Properly store materials and components in designated warehouse locations in an organized manner
- Assist with all inventory activities including regular stocktaking and inventory accuracy checks
- Ensure consistent order and cleanliness throughout the warehouse to maintain a safe working environment
Order Picking & Production Support
- Pick items accurately for production orders and prepare them efficiently for customer order fulfillment
- Pack high-quality precision measuring instruments and components in full accordance with company quality standards
- Ensure all picked and packed items meet the exact specifications required for each production or customer order
- Collaborate closely with adjacent departments to ensure seamless order flow and on-time delivery performance
ERP System Operations
- Process all warehouse transactions accurately within the company’s ERP system — structured onboarding is fully provided
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse movements
- Apply basic computer skills to navigate ERP tools confidently after completing the company’s onboarding program
