Key Responsibilities
QC Implementation & Documentation
- Implement and maintain QC procedures for road and bridge construction works
- Review and approve ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), Method Statements, and Quality Plans
- Maintain QC documentation including MIR, WIR, checklists, and reports
- Manage and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards
Site Inspections & Testing
- Conduct inspections for earthworks, subgrade, subbase, and base layers
- Inspect asphalt paving works and compaction
- Inspect reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works for bridges
- Inspect piling, bearings, expansion joints, and structural elements
- Monitor laboratory and field testing activities (FDT, cube tests, asphalt cores, etc.)
Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with consultant/client engineers for inspections and approvals
- Support site team in resolving quality-related issues
